All regular full-time and part time employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision coverage through a private online insurance marketplace called the Aon Active Health Exchange. The Aon Active Health Exchange offers employees choice and competitive pricing. All of the insurance carriers offer the same coverage levels under each plan. You choose the coverage level that’s right for you and the insurance carrier that offers the tools, price and provider networks you want.
Employees will also receive the added benefits of Company-paid Life Insurance, AD&D and Business Travel Accident on the first day regular, active employment.
Employees can save for retirement by participating in our 401(k) plan. You choose how much to contribute (up to plan limits) and where to invest among a variety of options covering a wide range of asset classes with different risk/return characteristics. In addition to your pre-tax contributions and after-tax Roth contributions, the company will make safe harbor matching contributions on the first 6% of pay you set aside in the plan: A 100% match on the first 4% of eligible compensation you defer, and a 50% match on the next 2% you defer. Your contributions and company matching contributions are always 100% vested.
