Civil Work

Our civil division is capable of providing a full civil package for any projects. Between our large heavy equipment fleet with full time maintenance shop and our knowledgeable field staff, SBI can provide mass grading, structural excavation and utilities whether your site  is 1 acre or 10,000 acres. Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings

Swaggart Brothers can supply and install any size pre-engineered steel structures to fit any project requirements. SBI is a preferred building supplier and erector for both American Buildings and HCI Steel Building Systems. Our erection crews can also erect any Owner-supplied buildings as well as perform any maintenance or remodel/reside work needed on existing structures.

Mechanical

Swaggart Brothers can perform almost any kind of mechanical piping and welding work. From process piping and setting of equipment to steam/pressure piping and boiler work, Swaggart Brothers is fully equipped to perform welding and mechanical work. Welding can be performed both in-house or out in the field. Please contact our office to inquire about our current O-Stamp (Oregon State boiler/pressure piping) certifications.

Metal Fabrication Shop

With our 7,500 SF shop, our metal fabricators can fabricate almost any miscellaneous metal work that your project needs. Our highly-qualified and talented welding crews can provide anywhere from a basic set of metal stairs to nearly any custom metal fabrication requested.
